Sheila Moore is the Employee Resource Group (ERG) and Engagement Specialist for Liberty Mutual's Diversity and Inclusion Department, where she is responsible for the support and strategic development of Employee Resource Groups. She previously worked as a University Relations Consultant at State Street Corporation, the world's leading provider of financial services to institutional investors. In this role, Sheila
was responsible for strategically identifying and managing the relationship with target schools and community based organizations to recruit a diverse pool of talent. Her areas of expertise include talent management, leadership development, event planning, relationship management, and coaching and mentoring.
Passionate about philanthropy, Sheila is the founder of Educated Ladies Empowered to Change, Inc., a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, committed to empowering culturally diverse women to expand their capacity and grow personally and professionally. She also serves as a professional mentor for Strong Women, Strong Girls and is a 2013 recipient of The Philanthropy Connections Young Philanthropist Fellowship. Sheila received the 2013 YMCA Achievers award and is the recipient of the 2010 South Shore Stars Emerging Leaders 40 under 40 award. Sheila actively serves on the administration committee at Dominion Church International.
Sheila holds a Master of Science in Leadership with a concentration in Human Resources from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Virginia State University.
