Nakeisha Johnson
Director of Compliance

Ms. Johnson has substantial experience working as a legal assistant within the Estate Planning and Administration Department of Tarlow Breed Hart & Rodgers, P.C., a full service law firm located in Boston with a focus on estate planning and trust and estate administration for high net worth individuals, families and small business owners. Ms. Johnson is the primary legal assistant for Attorney Richard P. Breed, III, 

a founding Partner of the firm and the recipient of the 2012 Estate Planner of the Year Award for the Boston Estate Planning Council (BEPC). In addition to supporting a fast-paced and demanding estate planning practice, she provides administrative support for the firm’s business owners, including matters related to establishing corporate entities and planning for business succession. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Johnson was the Credentialing Supervisor for Boston Medical Center HealthNet Plan, a non-profit managed care organization providing affordable health care to members. She worked closely with the organization’s in-house counsel to prepare the organization for National accreditation through NCQA standards and also provided oversight for new Providers in the Massachusetts network.

Ms. Johnson has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Boston, and she currently resides in Dorchester, Massachusetts. She enjoys watching football, traveling and spending time with her two dogs, Copley and Miles.
