Jeannette Buntin
Director of Corporate Relations and Sponsorship

Jeannette is Director of External Relations and Annual Giving at Mount Ida College. She was previously the Director of Multicultural Student Services at Bentley University, where she was responsible for the overall management of the Center. 

Prior to that, Jeannette was the Director of Student Activities and Multicultural Programs at Wentworth Institute of Technology. Before that, she was the Assistant Director of Student Activities and Special Programs at Suffolk University after working as Program Coordinator at Boston University in the Office of Student Activities.

Jeannette is a first generation West Indian American who grew up in Boston, Massachusetts. She recieved her BA in Political Science and her Masters Degree in Education with a concentration in Student Personal Development from Northeastern Unversity. She has done consulting and advocacy work around social justice, campus/community development, and student services development.

Jeannette is a founding board member and past board member for the African American Women in Higher Education Association New England. She currently holds professional memberships with the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators, the National Association for Black Accountants, the National Black MBA Association, the Massachusetts Association of Women in Education and the Association of American Colleges and Universities.

In 2004, she received the Donald L McCullough Award for outstanding contribution in the field of student activities from the National Association for Campus Activities.

Jeannette is married and has one son and currently resides in Stoughton, Massachusetts.
