Gregory comes to with over 15 years of combined experience in the recruitment industry. Gregory started his career recruiting talent in the technology sector and than moved on to Finance & Accounting. His success in and enthusiasm for recruiting led him to eventually start his own firm in 2007, Phillips & Phillips Executive Search, founding it on the principle of sourcing the right person for the right opportunity, with a 

special emphasis on recruiting diverse talent. Through Gregory's dedication, positive attitude and professionalism, Phillips & Phillips Executive Search grew into a thriving firm. A seasoned recruiter, Gregory is passionate about doing what he loves. He considers recruiting a "lost art" — making and maintaining the right connections, objectively looking at the talent available in the industry and recruiting the right candidate for the right job. This ensures when the clients and candidates connect, expectations are met and they can now build for the future!

In addition to his long-standing connections with some of the top players in the financial industry, Gregory also maintains close ties in the community through his affiliation with a number of professional organizations, among them Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting (ALPFA), National Association of Black Accountants, Inc., (NABA) and the National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA).

Gregory earned a bachelor's degree in Management with a Concentration in Business Administration from the Carroll School of Management, Boston College.
